Diese Präsentation ist eine Einladung, einen Blick in unsere Werkstatt zu werfen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem wir Bewegungen kreieren, die Kunst der sofortigen Komposition studieren und die Körpersprache für bestimmte Zwecke einsetzen. Voller Sorgfalt und Achtsamkeit laden wir Sie ein, einen Moment mit uns zu verbringen und einen laufenden Prozess, unvollendete Schritte und verschwindende Tänze zu beobachten. Die Präsentation findet in der Mitte der vierten Woche einer einmonatigen Studienveranstaltung statt, deren Ziel es ist, in das besondere körperliche Handwerk einzutauchen, das Martin Kilvady praktiziert und pflegt.

Martin Kilvady, 1974 in der Slowakei geboren, erhielt 1998 seinen Master of Arts. Er tanzte u. a. bei Anne Teresa de Keersmaekers ROSAS, arbeitete mit Roberto Olivan und Rital Brocante, ist seit 2003 Mitglied von Thomas Hauerts Kompanie ZOO und ist Mitbegründer des Kollektivs Les SlovaKs. Er schuf über 40 Kreationen, betreibt kontinuierliche Bewegungsforschung und unterrichtet seit über 30 Jahren.

This presentation is an invitation to look into our Werkstatt. It is a place where we are crafting movements, studying the art of instant composition, using the body language for specific purposes. Full of care, attentiveness we invite you to spend a moment with us, viewing an ongoing process, unfinished steps, disappearing dances. The presentation is happening in the middle of the fourth week of a one month study event, where the aim is to dive into the particular physical craft practiced and maintained by Martin Kilvady.
Martin Kilvady, born in 1974 in Slovakia, received his Master of Arts in 1998. He danced with Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker’s ROSAS, worked with Roberto Olivan and Rital Brocante, has been a member of Thomas Hauert’s company ZOO since 2003 and is a co-founder of the collective Les SlovaKs. He has created over 40 original works, engages in continuous movement research and has been teaching for over 30 years.

1 Month Study Event, 15. September - 10. October
The Study Event is open for all, everyone who wishes to discover and learn from Martin, to work, dance and spend a meaningful time.
Martin says "For the past 30 years I have been present in the field of professional dance, performing, creating, conducting movement research and teaching.
I'm offering an experience of my craft, a study moment in my library in order to cultivate awareness and sensitivity. You are most welcome to join."
